Capital allocationSecond question is just around one of your competitors, there has been a proposed acquisition of a European trucking company.—————We have never divested our shareholding in the company.Basis standout performance of FY '26, the Board of Directors have recommended a second interim dividend of INR2.50 per share.
CostsThis was a major achievement given the material cost pressures created by steel safeguard duty and tariff volatilities. And the other was also we accelerated some of the cost savings. This was supported by benign steel prices and our continued focus on material cost savings.——And of course, the fourth element is what we can do internally to further strengthen our efforts on the cost savings. This was achieved by our continued focus on material cost savings and supported by softer commodity costs during first 3 quarters of the year. And what was the commodity cost pressure that was felt during the quarter?
Debt and cashAt end of the same period last year, our net debt was Rs.1200 crores, reflecting a swing of approximately Rs.—Net debt at the end of the quarter was at INR501 crores, much lower than INR1,139 crores at end of Q2 last year and also lower than INR1,295 crores at…Switch India is progressing well on its target of becoming free cash flow positive by FY '27.—Even initially, we were a little bit apprehensive whether the bulk buyers would move forward because of all the complications relating to the ITCs and…At the end of the quarter, we were cash positive at INR4,242 crores against a net debt of INR89 crores at the end of the previous year. This is the working capital changes that came through for you?

GuidanceAnd what is your outlook for the full year demand for both domestic as well as international? In the recently concluded Monetary Policy Committee meeting, RBI, while maintaining a neutral stance and retaining key interest rates, has revised GDP…We expect government spending to also pick up in H2.Due to continued improvement in company's fiscal performance and better outlook for the ongoing years, the Board of Ashok Leyland has recommended an i…And therefore we expect that in the next 3 to 4 years, and this is what we are also hearing from the ministry, that about 10,000 to 12,000 new trucks …And you are, for example, the next quarter basis, the team, which is already a kind of long-term margin guidance, what you gave?We expect commodity headwinds from safeguard duties on steel and impact of emerging global tariff dynamics. And also the outlook for next quarter, like if you have taken any price hikes and how much commodity pressure should we expect in the coming 1Q FY '27…
MarginI am pleased to share that we have had yet another quarter of remarkable performance with highest ever Q1 revenue, EBITDA and PAT.Despite record revenues, the EBITDA was flat at INR970 crores as compared to same quarter last year.EBITDA was lower by only 6% at INR1,017 crores.EBITDA margin for the quarter was at 12.1%, higher by 50 basis points against Q2 of last year.My second question is just around, I think this margin upside that we've seen this quarter from CV companies operating in the Indian market.I mean, at a margin level, profitability level.Ashok Leyland recorded all-time high Q4 and full year revenue, EBITDA, EBITDA margin and profit after tax.Coming to financial performance, Ashok Leyland achieved all-time high quarter 4 revenue, EBITDA and operating PBT.
PeopleThe fleet utilizations are holding up and freight rates and operator profitability are moving northwards.—Secondly, I would say that when we look at any of the factors on the ground, like more fundamental factors which are like utilization of fleet rates o…Sir, lastly, one last question, basically, if you can throw some idea on industry's truck utilization level, and how do you see it trending in the H2?And secondly, when you look at fleet utilization rates and freight rates, what are you seeing on the ground?——But now we are trying to bring it back to 100% capacity utilization.
PricingThis was achieved by our continued focus on material and other cost savings along with better price realisation and a healthier model mix.Q1 started with moderate CV industry volume growth due to fuel supply and pricing issues. The improvement in profitability reflects our continued focus on profitable growth through better price realization, efficiency in sourcing and stream…Our cost savings efforts continue with the same rigor while we are also pushing for better price realizations.Actually in January, we have been able to improve both on the pricing and slightly on the mix as well. And what sort of pricing action we have taken to sort of mitigate that?So that price realization benefit, definitely we are targeting in the next couple of years. This was made possible through better price realizations, rigorous cost-saving efforts and continued focus on improving product and business mix.
Revenue growthOur defence order book and tender win pipeline is stronger than ever, basis which we are confident to post a double-digit revenue growth in FY'26.Delivering solid profitability alongside prudent risk management augurs well for future growth of both the financial companies. One proof of that is in Q2, you would have seen that our top line has degrown by 9%, but our PAT has still grown by 12% even if I exclude all the exce…We have had pretty good Q-o-Q revenue growth, but other expenses have actually come down.Especially on the IO side, which is more profitable business, we had a growth of 33% in Q3. And Q2 growth was like 14% or 15% on YOY.Even the MAV segment has registered a growth for Q3 compared to the same period last year, there has been a growth of 34%.Export volumes registered a growth of 52% in Q4 on a year-on-year basis. Our export volumes for full year reached a historic high of 18,082 units, delivering a robust growth of 18.5% over the previous year's 15,255 units.
