Demand—There was an encouraging growth in our primary demand segments like the F&B revenues, banquet events and MICE activity picking up pace.Considering that kind of approach, we are actually seeing a pretty good demand on ground itself. The Indian hospitality sector continues to see demand outpacing supply with about 1 lakh new rooms expected to be added over the next 5 years. And we are getting demand from our existing clients and also some smaller tenants. On the launch pipeline, we have already indicated around 7.5 million square feet to be launched on the residential side. The market remains resilient with sustained demand across both new launches and ongoing projects, particularly in the sustainable and premium housing …For FY27, the residential launch pipeline stands at 11.6 million square feet with a GDV of INR11,900 crores.

2019-11-13FYFY20BRIGADE ENTERPRISES LIMITEDSo we are quite hopeful of closing these two requirements and if we are closing these two requirements we will be almost like 50% done of the balance inventories and apart from that all the midsized and the small sized companies that we are signing we should be at a healthy occupancy level like in excess of around 80% by this financial year end.
2021-11-18FYFY22BRIGADE ENTERPRISES LIMITEDWe have a strong pipeline I would not say positive of 1 million square feet and we expect 0.4 to 0.5 million square feet closure in the ongoing quarter.
2021-11-18FYFY22BRIGADE ENTERPRISES LIMITEDNovember 12, 2021 the lower rate have got, the revenue has been recognized and that is why there has been some reduction in EBITDA margins but going forward we should see that EBITDA margin should be in the range of 22% to 24% going ahead in residential.
2026-05-11Q4FY26BRIGADE ENTERPRISES LIMITEDWe expect to launch 4.5 million square feet in Bengaluru and 3 million square feet each in Chennai and Hyderabad.
