What they said about it, quarter by quarter

Capital allocationAnd sir, there's been a significant uptick in new customer acquisition in the past two quarters.—So, my first question was pertaining to the new customer acquisition run rate.——I'm not talking about gold prices, but does the customer acquisition change in a big way or tonnage assumptions change going forward?Muthoot Finance Ltd. May 14, 2025 Muthoot Finance has declared a dividend for the year, which is 260% on the face value, or Rs.26 per equity share. Now, a few other highlights I would like to add here: Muthoot Finance declared the highest dividend of 300% or INR 30 per share and this is the 14th y…
Debt and cash———————So, finally, this business is driven by his working capital funding requirement.
DemandSo there is a demand coming from all over the country, everywhere, it's not restricted to Northeast, West, etcetera.—If it is really going to dry us, like during the COVID, then there will be a big demand. This was in tandem with the accelerated demand for gold loan, especially during the festive season. This performance aligns with the accelerated demand for gold loan, especially evident during the festive season.———
GuidanceOn the back of these achievements, we wish to revise our earlier guidance for the financial year '25 on gold loan growth from the earlier committed 15…So just lastly, on cost of funds, how much more benefit can we expect to see over the next 2-3 quarters?See, we have given a guidance of 15% growth for the full year for the gold loan. The guidance for 2026, as usual, we are giving only the usual 15% guidance for 2026 also. And your next question is about the guidance. We also take immense pride in achieving a loan growth of 20% as against the guidance of 15% in this financial year.So regarding your question on the next year guidance, year-on-year we have always been giving a guidance of 15%.So, I think generally we do not give a guidance on the margins and the profit.
Margin————So we have such a big margin that, that is one side of the price.—So my first question will be with gold loan AUM of 41% year-on-year and interest income rising 56%, is any structural like margin expansion in the FY2…On slide 28, where you talk about the margin of safety on loans from the lender's perspective, the market price of the gold ornaments…In that chart, w…
PeopleSo to answer your question, we have not seen any significant attrition, etcetera.—Attrition, maybe after the COVID, etc., or during the COVID, attrition was fine.——Do we fear any sort of customer attrition because of this?—And then the last question I had was on employee attrition.
PricingWe didn't understand what happened to competition and pricing .So given how years have been, what I'm trying to understand is the pricing discipline in gold loans is still very much there, right? So, whenever the gold price increases, the LTV on the book definitely will come down from 75% to 70% to 68% to 60%.Now I understand that the tonnage growth largely would have been attributable to the gold price, the underlying gold price hike. There is nothing like a pricing strategy. So when gold price increases, the tonnage definitely will come down -- will have to come down to because we can insist on more gold, etcetera. So just trying to understand, I mean, if you could just explain the competitive landscape as well, is there enough for everyone or is the pie itself b…And there was some increase in the pricing also in the last quarter.
Revenue growthGrowth of gold loan book, gradually, yes, of course, we had a setback due to the COVID.So if I reduce 300 crores-350 crores from last quarter and this quarter's interest income, that interest income has still grown 14% versus loan growth…So, first of all, the growth, we had guided for a growth of 15% in gold loan for the full year. For Q3 financial year '25, our stand-alone assets under management witnessed a significant growth of INR26,305 crores driven by a robust 37% year-on-y…Our standalone AUM has achieved a historic growth of INR50,000 crores, which is fuelled by the robust 50% year-on-year growth in the gold loan portfol…—Regarding the gold loan per se, the gold loan AUM of Muthoot Finance stands at Rs.1,02,956 crores which is certainly a historic moment for us since we…But otherwise, commenting on the business, I will start with the gold loan business: We have the highest ever consolidated gold loan AUM of Muthoot Fi…
